Hawks blank Southern Indiana to improve record to 11-0-2

Tony Tocco moved closer to 700 career wins as fourth-ranked Rockhurst edged Southern Indiana 1-0 in a Senior Day game Sunday at Bourke Field.

Senior forward Adam Michel scored the winning goal on a 10-yard header in the 68th minute to give Tocco his 691st career victory. Luca Mastrantonio assisted on the goal off a free kick close to midfield.

Rockhurst outshot the Screaming Eagles, 13-7. Michel led the Hawks with five shots and two shots on goal. Kaleb Jackson added three shots. Logan Feldmann made three saves.

The Hawks, 11-0-2 and first in the GLVC at 10-0-1, play at Bellarmine on Friday.
