Hawks clinch tie for GLVC West Division crown

Box Score Rockhurst clinched a tie for the GLVC West Division volleyball title with a 3-0 victory at Indianapolis on Saturday. The 24th-ranked Hawks improved their conference record to 13-2 with 25-11, 25-20 and 25-22 set wins over the Greyhounds.

Morgan Rietzke paced the Hawks with 13 kills, a .324 hitting percentage and six digs. Mary Rolf posted 11 kills with a .556 hitting percentage and three blocks. Mattie Gray and Alyssa Woodman each tallied eight kills.

Anne Hellwege led the Hawks with 16 digs. Kalie Arnold added nine digs. Lily Thornberg and Grace Carter tallied 20 and 16 assists.

The Hawks (23-5 overall) play at William Jewell on Tuesday, November 8.
