The Rockhurst men's soccer opens the 2015 season against seventh-ranked Lindenwood (2-0) at 6 p.m. Tuesday (Sept. 8) in St. Charles, Missouri.

The Hawks are coming off a 9-6-2 record in 2014. Rockhurst are picked to finish third in the Great Lakes Valley Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll after finishing fifth in the GLVC last year.

Head coach Tony Tocco returns 11 starters from last year's team, led by All-GLVC defender Nick Caruso and All-GLVC midfielder Adam Michel (two goals, four assists). Junior forward Michael Panarisi led the Hawks with six goals last year. Sophomore foward Kaleb Jackson added three goals.

Rockhurst will open conference play on Friday (Sept. 11) against Missouri S&T at 7:30 p.m.
