Box Score Seventh-ranked Rockhurst wrapped up its home schedule Tuesday night undefeated at home for the second year in a row. The Hawks swept William Jewell 3-0 (25-11, 25-13, 25-20) at Mason-Halpin Field House to increase their home winning streak to 37 in a row.
Rockhurst remains unbeaten in the Great Lakes Valley Conference at 16-0.
Katie Loescher led the Hawks with 12 kills and four blocks while hitting .444 hitting.
Morgan Rietzke posted 13 kills and five digs.
Preecy Seever collected nine kills with a .444 hitting percentage.
Alyssa Arnold tallied seven kills and 18 digs.
Anne Hellwege led the Hawks with 22 digs.
Lauren Poulicek added 11 digs.
Whitney Kostal collected 45 assists and four digs.
The Hawks, 28-2 overall, will close out the regular season at Quincy (Friday) and at Truman State (Saturday). The GLVC Tournament will be held Nov. 20-22 in East Peoria, Illinois. The NCAA Midwest Regional is slated for Dec. 3-5 at a site to be determined.
