Box Score Rockhurst overcame losing its first set in over a month in posting a 3-1 victory over Drury Friday night at Mason-Halpin Field House. The Hawks held on to win the fourth set, 25-21, to remain unbeaten in the Great Lakes Valley Conference with an 8-0 record.

Drury won the third set, 25-12, to end Rockhurst's consecutive sets winning streak at 47 dating back to the second match of the season on Sept. 4. The Hawks won the first two sets, 25-18 and 25-14.

Katie Loescher led the Hawks with 12 kills and a .524 hitting percentage. Preecy Seever posted 11 kills and six blocks. Morgan Rietzke tallied 10 kills and six digs.

Anne Hellwege collected a team-high 30 digs. Whitney Kostal collected 42 assists, 12 digs and three blocks. Alyssa Arnold added 12 digs.

The Hawks, 17-1, take a 16-match winning streak into a home game with Missouri S&T on Saturday.
