Box Score Sixth-ranked Rockhurst settled for a scoreless tie at Quincy on Sunday after playing the final 46 minutes with only 10 players. The tie leaves Rockhurst and Quincy tied for first place in the Great Lakes Valley Conference with 6-1-1 records.

Rockhurst's Matt Collier was issued a red card after the junior defender received his second yellow card of the game in the 64th minute. Rockhurst, minus four starters to open the game, also lost Nick Caruso and Jake Peters with injuries early in the first half.

Rockhurst outshot Quincy, 12-10. Adam Michel, Kaleb Jackson and Connor Mullen each posted three shots and one shot on goal.

Michel, Mullen, Evan Craig, Sal Caruso and Paul Dean played all 110 minutes in the field. Sophomore goalkeeper Quentin Coates made two saves in his first career start.

The Hawks, 6-1-2 overall, return home to host Maryville on Friday.
