Hawks rally for 3-2 victory at Quincy

Preecy Seever led the Hawks with 20 kills and six blocks.

Box Score Preecy Seever posted 20 kills and six blocks to help rally Rockhurst to a 3-2 victory over Quincy Friday night at QU's Pepsi Arena in Quincy, Ill. Rockhurst rallied from a 2-1 deficit to win the last two sets, 25-13 and 15-13. Quincy won the first and third sets by 25-20 scores. Rockhurst won the second set, 25-18.

Freshman libero Anne Hellwege collected a season-high 34 digs. Alyssa Arnold tallied 15 kills and 24 digs. Morgan Rietzke posted 13 kills and Maggie Hummel added 12 kills. Whitney Kostal finished with 54 assists, 11 digs and four blocks. Lauren Poulicek added 13 digs.

Rockhurst (12-1, 7-1 GLVC) plays at Truman State on Saturday.
