Box Score Sophomore defender Paul Dean accounted for both of Rockhurst's goals to lead the Hawks to a 2-0 victory over McKendree Friday night at RU's Bourke Field.

Michael Panarisi gave the Hawks a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute with a goal assisted by Dean. Panarisi scored his sixth goal of the season on a right footer from 19 yards out to the near post. Dean tallied his first goal of the season in the 33rd minute on header into the bottom right corner off a corner kick from Brian O'Neal.

The Hawks outshot McKendree, 12-5. Panarisi, O'Neal, Adam Michel, Chi Ngwefang and Claudio Romano each posted two shots to lead the Hawks. Senior goalkeeper Stefano Radio made two saves, both in the first half.

Rockhurst (7-4-1, 7-3-1 GLVC) host Bellarmine on Sunday.
