Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Freshman Morgan Rietzke combined for 30 kills to lead Rockhurst to victories over Lewis and 22nd-ranked Wheeling Jesuit Saturday in Romeoville, Ill. The win over Lewis moved the Hawks into a tie for first place in the GLVC West Division with a 10-2 record. Rockhurst is also tied with the best conference record overall with six league games remaining.

Rietzke posted 18 kills and a .400 hitting percentage to lead Rockhurst to a 3-1 victory over Wheeling Jesuit. The Hawks won the first two sets by 25-22 and 25-15, and closed out the match with a 25-17 win the fourth set. Alyssa Arnold finished with 11 kills, 14 digs and four blocks. Katie Loescher totaled 13 kills. Whitney Kostal posted 44 assists and 14 digs. Victoria Mahl had a team-high 20 digs.

Earlier in the day, the Hawks defeated Lewis 3-0 (32-30, 25-20, 25-20). Rietzke, Arnold and Loescher each collected 12 kills. Arnold and Victoria Mahl each posted 19 digs. Rietzke and Lauren Poulicek both had 10 digs. Kostal finished with 37 assists.

The Hawks, 20-5 overall, play at Wisconsin-Parkside on Sunday, Nov. 3 at 1 p.m.
