Box Score Sophomore setter Whitney Kostal paced Rockhurst with 36 assists, 10 digs, five kills and three blocks to carry the Hawks to a 3-0 victory over Missouri S&T Saturday at RU's Mason-Halpin Field House.

The Hawks edged the Miners, 25-23 and 27-25, in the first two sets. Rockhurst closed out the match with a 25-17 win in the the third set.

Freshman Morgan Rietzke led Rockhurst's hitters with 10 kills and a .333 hitting percentage. Alyssa Arnold posted nine kills and 15 digs. Maggie Hummel totaled eight kills and three blocks. Katie Loescher added six kills and four blocks. Victoria Mahl also had 15 digs.

The Hawks, 11-3 and 5-1 in the GLVC, next play at William Jewell at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
