Ben Arnold was named the new Director of Athletic Performance in June of 2023.
Arnold spent the past three years as the Director of Athletic Performance at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. He oversaw the development and implementation of year-round strength training and conditioning programs for 18 varsity teams, including the Ravens' 2022 NAIA Women's Lacrosse national championship team.
Prior to his time at Benedictine, Arnold was the assistant performance coach for the Tampa Bay Rays minor league facility in St. Petersburg, Florida, and assistant strength and conditioning coach at MidAmerica Nazarene University. He also spent time as the assistant men's and women's track and field/cross country strength and conditioning coach at the University of Kansas from 2017-18.
Arnold graduated from Pittsburg State University in 2014 as an Exercise Science major. He received his Master of Science in Education from the University of Kansas in 2017.
