High School: Lettered three years in baseball... Kansas 6A State Tournament his junior and senior season... 2x All-Sunflower League selection... honorable mention in junior year and Second Team in senior year... hit .342 with 13 hits, including a double and two triples with five RBI in junior season... batted .333 with 24 hits, six doubles, two triples, 19 runs and 12 RBI in senior season.
