Biography

2014 (Freshman): Appeared in nine games, making six starts... finished with a 8.73 ERA in 21.2 innings pitched... struck out eight batters whie walking 13 and allowing 35 hits... recorded two complete games.

High School: Two year letter winner in baseball and basketball at Dowling Catholic...  earned All-District for two years, All-Conference for two years and named to Iowa High School All-Star team... had a 2.26 ERA with 47 strikeouts in 52 2/3 innings... held opponents to a .196 batting average.

Basketball: Earned All-State for one year.

Personal: Born May 15, 1995... son of Frann and Kevin Otte... majoring in Chemistry.
