The Rockhurst women's lacrosse team ended the regular season with a 19-7 loss to ninth-ranked Maryville Sunday at Bourke Field.

The 24th-ranked Hawks (12-3, 5-2 GLVC) earned the third seed in this weekend's GLVC Tournament. Rockhurst will face second-seeded Maryville on Friday in Indianapolis.

Maryville scored the first four goals of the game and took a 9-2 lead into halftime. Elise Magee scored both of the Hawks' goals in the first half to improve her team lead with 52 goals.

Kylee Pickens scored two of Rockhurst's five goals in the second half. Pickens finished with two goals, one assist, five draw controls, one ground ball and one caused turnover.

• Chony Garza had a team-high three caused turnovers and two ground balls.
• Abby Finnegan led the Hawks with eight draw controls and scored one goal.
• Page Yehling posted two draw controls, two ground balls and two caused turnovers.
• Kayla Stewart collected eight saves and three ground balls.
