Hawks rally for 71-63 win over Cardinals

Four players scored in double figures to rally Rockhurst to a 71-63 victory over William Jewell Thursday night at Mason-Halpin Field House.

Down 53-48 after three quarters, Rockhurst outscored Jewell 23-10 in the fourth quarter while shooting 53.3 percent from the field (eight-of-15).

Jewell jumped out to a 36-23 lead with 2:09 left in the first half. The Hawks closed the first half on a 7-2 run capped by a three-point shot by Ella Campbell.

Aubrey Treadwell led the Hawks with a career-high 16 points and three steals. She made five-of-11 field goals and connected on four-of-seven 3-pointers.

Kayla Reis tallied a career-high 14 points and five rebounds. Macie Conway collected 13 points and three steals. Campbell added 11 points.

Tori Miller and Lauren Sandstrom combined for nine points, 14 rebounds and six steals.
