Rockhurst falls at second-ranked Tampa

Second-ranked Tampa scored eight unanswered goals in the second half in posting a 13-6 victory over Rockhurst Saturday night in Tampa, Florida.

Linus Toward opened the second half with unassisted goal to cut Tampa's lead to 5-4. The Spartans scored the next eight goals to take a 12-4 lead with 9:46 left in the game. The Hawks (2-2) play at Florida Southern on Monday, Feb. 23.
