Hawks host first-place Tritons Thursday night

Rockhurst Women's Basketball greets first-place Missouri-St. Louis on Thursday at 5:15 p.m. at Mason-Halpin Field House. The Hawks close out the weekend at home on Saturday against Maryville in a noon tipoff.

The Hawks (6-5, 2-3 GLVC) are coming off a 74-52 victory over Southwest Baptist last Sunday. Junior forward Tori Miller ranks seventh in scoring (14.5) and 20th in rebounding (4.7) in the GLVC.

UMSL (10-2, 6-0 GLVC) has won nine of its 10 games. Junior forward Mara Rieder leads the GLVC in scoring (20.5 pg) and ranks second in rebounding (9.6 pg). The Tritons have won seven of the last 10 games with Rockhurst.

Maryville (10-4, 4-2 GLVC) fell at home to Lewis, 76-60, on Sunday. Sophomore guard Lindsey Schadewalt, who leads the Saints in scoring (13.5 pg), was the 2025 GLVC Freshman of the Year.

The Saints have won their last four games in Kansas City and lead the all-time series, 19-3.
