The Rockhurst men's golf "B" team won the team title at the KC Cup Tuesday at the Paradise Pointe Golf Course in Smithville, Missouri.

The Hawks shot a 295 in the second round after opening with a 307 in the first round to finish with a 36-hole score of 602. Tuesday's third round was cancelled due to inclement weather.

Freshman Bryce Renz and Landon McNitt finished second and third, respectively, to lead Rockhurst. Renz fired a 146 over 36 holes, while McNitt was one shot back at 147. Lander Guibert tied for eighth place at 154. Daniel Bahlinger placed 10th at 155.

The Rockhurst "C" team came in fourth place with a 654 team score. Roman Scoby led the team in 11th at 156. Tyler Wilcox and Devun Salazar tied for 15th at 164.
