Game Recap: Women's Soccer |

No. 14 Saints edge Hawks, 1-0

The Rockhurst women's soccer team fell to 14th-ranked Maryville 1-0, on Sunday at Bourke Field.

Ashlyne Hunt scored in the 36th minute for the Saints with assists by Helene Braren and Reese Cannon.

Anna Lantz led the Hawks with three shots (one on goal). Maya Wallace collected two shots on goal. Quinn Conroy also recorded two shots (one on goal).

The Hawks posted 11 shots (five on goal). Kayce Cooper tallied two saves.

Rockhurst (1-3-2, 0-2-1 GLVC) will host Illinois Springfield on Friday at 5 p.m at Bourke Field.
