Rockhurst swept a doubleheader over Lincoln, 7-4 and 1-0, on Saturday at Loyola Park on Senior Day. Senior first baseman Jayla Pierce hit a grand slam in the first game and freshman Riley Braden shut out the Blue Tigers on six hits in Game Two.

Game One: Rockhurst 7, Lincoln 4

The Hawks scored once in the third inning, four in the fourth with Pierce's grand slam and two in the fifth.

• Claire Tipton went 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI.
• Four Hawks recorded at least one stolen base. Jazmyne Moreno stole a pair of bases, while Eva Fulk, Kerstyn Finch and Lily Hance each stole one base.
• Avery Huffman pitched her fifth consecutive complete game while striking out seven.

Game Two: Rockhurst 1, Lincoln 0

Emily Berry's RBI single in the first inning scored Tipton to give the Hawks what turned out to be the winning run.

• Tipton led the Hawks with two hits. McKenna Lester and Kaylee Pugh also recorded hits.
• Braden's shutout was her fifth win of the season. She struck out seven.

Rockhurst (18-22, 14-12 GLVC) wraps up the regular season against Missouri S&T on Sunday at 2 and 4 p.m.at Loyola Park.
