Rockhurst collects 20-7 win on Senior Day

Eleven players scored goals to lead the Rockhurst women's lacrosse team to a 20-7 victory over Lewis Saturday on Senior Day at Bourke Field.

The win was a school-record 12th victory of the season for the Hawks.
 
Rockhurst scored the first five goals of the game in the first quarter. The Hawks closed the game on a 10-3 run.
 

  • Elise Magee led the Hawks with five goals, three draw controls, three ground balls and two caused turnovers.
  • Kylee Pickens posted a game-high 16 draw controls, four ground balls, one goal and one assist.
  • Senior Reagan Danner tallied three goals, one assist and two ground balls.
  • Senior Page Yehling collected two goals, one assist, three draw controls, one ground ball and one caused turnover.
  • Senior Mae Beins finished with three saves and three ground balls.
  • The Hawks (12-2, 4-1 GLVC) play at fifth-ranked Maryville on Friday, April 25.
