Berrey leads Hawks at UMSL Spring Invitational

Jayden Berrey led the Hawks with a 238 score over 54 holes

The Rockhurst women's golf team finished in 13th place at the UMSL Spring Invitational Monday at the par-71 Norwood Hills Country Club in St. Louis, Missouri.

Jayden Berrey tied for 45th place with a 54-hole score of 238 to lead the Hawks. Berrey shot a 78 and 80 on the first day and closed with an 80 in the final round.

Grace Claney tied for 54th place at 241. Caroline Giocondo and Celia Stiltner tied for 67th at 247. Sarah Biscan tied for 70th at 249.

The Hawks shot a 319 and 322 on the first day, and a 325 on the second day to finish with a 54-hole score of 966, six shots behind Quincy. Missouri-St. Louis won the team title with an 869 team score.
