Hawks return home for final time this season

The Hawks have won two of their last three games

The Rockhurst women's basketball team plays their final two home games this week against Lincoln on Thursday at 5:15 p.m. and Missouri S&T on Saturday at 12 p.m.

The Hawks (7-15, 5-11 GLVC) are coming off an 81-75 victory at Southwest Baptist last Saturday. Keegan Sullivan posted 24 points and nine rebounds.

Lincoln (1-21, 0-16 GLVC) is coming off a 78-61 loss at home to Quincy last Saturday. Sophomore forward Hanne Nybo ranks 11th in the GLVC in rebounding (7.0 pg).

The Blue Tigers and Hawks are facing each other for the first time since 2016. Rockhurst defeated Lincoln, 86-64, on Nov. 12, 2016 at Mason-Halpin.

Missouri S&T (14-8, 9-7 GLVC) has won three in a row going into a Thursday game at Southwest Baptist. Sophomore guard Anna Finley leads the Miners with a 12.6 scoring average.

Rockhurst defeated S&T 80-55 last year at Mason-Halpin. The Miners lead the all-time series, 24-15.
