Women post 75-54 win at William Jewell

Rockhurst jumped out to a 20-point halftime lead in rolling to a 75-54 victory over William Jewell Saturday in Liberty, Missouri.

The Hawks have now won six in a row over the Cardinals while picking up a point in the KC Crown rivalry.

Tori Miller scored 16 of her team-high 24 points in the first half. She connected on eight-of-12 shots from the field and eight-of-nine from the foul line.

Macie Conway (16) and Ella Campbell (14) combined for 30 points and five 3-point field goals. Alivia McCulla posted a team-high 10 rebounds, along with collecting five points and three assists.

Rockhurst went on a 12-0 run to take an 18-6 lead with 3:37 left in the first quarter. The Hawks closed the first half on an 11-5 to take a 43-23 halftime lead.

The Hawks (4-3, 1-2 GLVC) return home on Monday, Dec. 15 to face Central Christian College (Kansas).
