Rockhurst led the way with five selections named to the NCAA Division II Conference Commissioner's Association Men's Soccer All-Midwest Region teams.

Three Hawks earned First Team honors: senior midfielder Kaden Cripe, senior defender Asier Olano and junior defender Mattia Petricca.

Cripe shares the team lead in goals scored with eight. Olano leads the Hawks with seven assists. Petricca, who was named the GLVC Defender of the Year, keys the defense as the center back.

Sophomore forward Immanuel Wayoro and senior defender Noah Brende were named to the All-Region Second Team.

Wayoro leads the team with 18 points and is the co-leader with eight goals. Brende was an All-GLVC First Team honoree.

The GLVC led the region with 10 selections, followed by the Great Midwest Athletic Conference with nine and the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference with eight.

Sports information directors from NCAA Division II schools and conferences within the Midwest Region selected the All-Region teams. A total of 27 student-athletes representing 15 different institutions filled out the two teams. Those selected to the first team will now move onto consideration for the All-American ballot.

The Division II Conference Commissioners Association encourages and promotes Division II athletics and high standards of sportsmanship as important elements of higher education. The CCA is a key communications link among the conferences as they discuss views, policies and regulations that impact Division II intercollegiate athletics and works closely with the NCAA as a communications channel to NCAA Division II member colleges and universities.
