Hawks open homestand against Indianapolis

The Hawks are 4-4 at home this season
The Rockhurst women's basketball team returns to Mason-Halpin Field House this week for a pair of conference games. The Hawks face Indianapolis at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday and meet Illinois Springfield at noon on Saturday.

The Hawks (4-9, 2-5 GLVC) are hoping to break a three-game losing streak. Keegan Sullivan ranks in the top 10 in the GLVC in scoring, rebounding, blocked shots and free-throw percentage.

Indianapolis (3-12, 1-6 GLVC) broke a nine-game losing streak on Saturday with a 67-49 victory over Upper Iowa. The Hawks won both meetings with last year. The Greyhounds hold a 13-7 lead in the all-time series.

Illinois Springfield (3-12, 2-5 GLVC) has won three of its last four games. The Prairie Stars won last year in Springfield, 84-74, and lead the all-time series, 10-9.
