Hawks receive USILA All-Academic Award

The Rockhurst men's lacrosse team received the Division II Team All-Academic Award from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association for the fourth time in the last five years.

To be eligible for the Team Academic Award, squads must have a GPA of at least 3.00. The Hawks are one of 29 Division II schools to earn the team honor.

Senior midfielder Ricky Bloom received the USILA Scholar All-American award.

To earn the USILA All-Academic honor, a student-athlete must be a senior in academic standing, maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher, be an All-American, Senior All-Star Game participant or all-conference selection to qualify for the prestigious award.
