Campion receives USILA All-American honors

Matt Campion posted 18 caused turnovers in 2024

Matt Campion is the third Rockhurst men's lacrosse player to receive All-American Division II honors from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association. The senior short stick defensive midfielder earned third team honors from the USILA.

Campion ranked second on the team with 18 caused turnovers and ranked among the team leaders with 44 ground balls. Campion was named the GLVC Defensive Player of the Year and earned All-GLVC First Team honors this year. He was an All-GLVC honorable mention selection in 2023.

The Crystal, Minnesota native finished his career at Rockhurst with 56 caused turnovers and 131 ground balls in 52 games.
