The Rockhurst women's lacrosse team ended their spring break trip to Colorado with a 17-7 loss to fifth-ranked Regis University on Wednesday in Denver.
 
The Hawks (5-1) scored four goals in the first period, capped by a Dani Mabry goal to tie the score at 4-4. Regis (4-0) scored 10 unanswered goals to take a 14-4 lead in the third period.

• Payton Thomas led the Hawks with two goals on five shots.
• Mackenzie Blair posted four draw controls, one goal, one assist and one ground ball.
• Page Yehling tallied three draw controls, three caused turnovers and two ground balls.
• Kaylee Lary collected three ground balls, two draw controls and one caused turnover.
• Mae Beins posted 10 saves and three ground balls.
