Toward leads Hawks to 22-12 win over Indiana Tech

Linus Toward posted eight goals and one assist to lead Rockhurst to a 22-12 victory over Indiana Tech Saturday at Bourke Field.

The Hawks jumped out to an 11-0 lead early in the second period with Toward scoring eight of the goals.
  • Jonah McConnell collected two goals, two assists and two caused turnovers.
  • Ricky Bloom tallied two goals, two assists and one ground ball.
  • Luke Jones and Avery Moody each had two goals and one assist.
  • Jack Peterson added two goals.
  • Carson Bradshaw captured 16-of-21 faceoffs and posted 10 ground balls.
  • Oran Lautenbach won 10-of-12 faceoffs, collected eight ground balls and scored one goal.
