The Rockhurst women's lacrosse team opened the 2024 season with a 14-9 victory over McKendree Friday night in Lebanon, Illinois.
 
The Hawks jumped out to a 7-4 halftime lead and led 14-7 midway through the fourth period.

• Mackenzie Blair led the Hawks with two goals, two assists and nine draw controls.
• Payton Thomas scored three goals on four shots.
• Page Yehling collected two draw controls, one goal and one caused turnover.
• Reagan Danner and Madison Powell each scored two goals.
• Mae Beins posted 12 saves in goal.
