Women look for season sweep at Jewell

The Rockhurst women meet William Jewell in a KC Crown rivalry game for the second time this season at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Mabee Center in Liberty, Missouri.

The Hawks (12-9, 9-8 GLVC) are coming off a 78-66 victory over Southwest Baptist last Saturday. Sophomore guard Macie Conway leads the team in scoring (12.9 pg) and three-point field goals made (32).

William Jewell (5-18, 3-14 GLVC) has dropped 10 of its last 11 games. Sophomore guard Ayden Shannon ranks 10th in the GLVC with a 16.1 scoring average.

The Hawks won earlier this season at Rockhurst, 82-50, on Dec. 9. Jewell leads the all-time series, 17-15, since 2000.
