Three-point shot lifts Hawks to overtime win over Baker

Chloe Frank sank a game-winning three-pointer with 4.8 seconds left in overtime to give the Rockhurst women an 80-78 victory over Baker Wednesday night at Mason-Halpin Field House.

Frank's shot came from the left wing off a pass from Ella Campbell. Baker missed two free throws with 11 seconds left to set up the Hawks' final possession.

Rockhurst jumped out to a 24-14 lead in the second period and led 32-29 at halftime. Baker shot 62.5 percent in the second half and ended regulation on an 11-8 run to force overtime.

Macie Conway led the Hawks with 22 points while hitting eight-of-nine free throws. Rebeca Garcia posted 14 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Frank tallied 13 points, four rebounds, three assists and three blocks.

Aubrey Treadwell finished with a team-high five assists and scored 12 points. Clare Diener added 11 points and three rebounds.
