After the Hawks cut the Washburn lead to 26-24 with 5:16 left in the first half, a 15-3 Ichabods' run gave Washburn a 41-27 lead at halftime.

The Ichabods outscored Rockhurst, 36-28, in the second half.

Jesse White led the Hawks with 18 points. Dillon Mong had 12 points off the bench with 4-of-6 shooting from the three-point line.

Brian Hawthorne led the Hawks in rebounds and assists with six and five, respectively. He also added eight points.
