Women's Golf posts third-place finish at KC Cup

Emma Mullendore led the Hawks in seventh place

The Rockhurst women's golf team finished in third place at the KC Cup Tuesday at the Paradise Pointe Golf Complex in Smithville, Missouri.

The Hawks finished with a 630 team score over 36 holes. Rockhurst shot a 304 in the second round after shooting a 326 in the first round.

Emma Mullendore led the Hawks in seventh place with a 154 score. She shot 79 on the first day and wrapped up with a 75 in Tuesday's final round.

Grace Claney tied for eighth place with a 155 score. Claney shot a personal best 73 in the second round, which ties the second best 18-hole round in school history.

Greta Hinds finished 14th at 159 (81-78). Celia Stiltner tied for 27th at 168 (85-83). Jayden Berrey tied for 30th at 170 (92-78).
