Pyle leads Hawks to 3-2 win at Missouri S&T

Sarah Pyle posted 16 kills and 15 digs to lead the Rockhurst women's volleyball team to a 3-2 victory over Missouri S&T Friday night in Rolla, Missouri.

The 25th-ranked Hawks hit .400 with 10 kills to win the fifth set, 15-12. Rockhurst won the first and third sets, 25-13 and 25-20. The Miners captured the second and fourth sets, 25-17 and 25-23.

Tera Reberry tallied 14 kills and five blocks. Lexi Theis collected 10 kills. Ali Olson added nine kills and seven blocks.

Maureen Reilly and Gracey Janes each finished with 16 digs. Sarah Montague and Molly Trachta combined for 48 assists and 16 digs.

Rockhurst (13-3, 3-2 GLVC) plays at Maryville Saturday afternoon.
