Mullendore leads Hawks at RU Fall Invitational

Emma Mullendore finished second with a 153 score.

The Rockhurst women's golf team finished in third place at the Rockhurst Fall Invitational Thursday at the Swope Memorial Golf Course in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Hawks finished one shot behind William Jewell with a 648 score after shooting a 321 in the second round. Missouri Southern won the team title with a 633 score.

Emma Mullendore led the Hawks with a second-place finish. She shot an 76 in the first round and 77 in the second round to finish with a 36-hole score of 153. Grace Claney tied for sixth at 160 and Caroline Setter tied for 12th with a 166. Greta Hinds finished 14th at 169 and Jayden Berrey placed 16th at 173 to round out the team scorers for Rockhurst.

Sarah Biscan was the top individual for the Hawks, finishing 17th at 175.
