Three Hawks receive USILA All-Region honors

Three Hawks earned All-South Region honors.

Three Rockhurst men's lacrosse players were named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) South All-Region teams that were released by the organization Tuesday (May 24).

Senior attacker Sam Lindahl and junior defender Luke Goetz were third-team honorees. Junior midfielder Alec Heflin was an honorable mention selection.

Lindahl finished with a team-high 51 points on 28 goals and 23 assists. He ranked second in assists and third in points in the GLVC.

Goetz posted a team-high 22 caused turnovers and was third on the team with 33 ground balls.

Heflin led the Hawks with 30 goals and 110 shots. He was second on the team with 38 points. Heflin was also named All-American honorable mention from USA Lacrosse Magazine.
