Hawks end road trip with loss at No. 11 Regis

The Rockhurst women ended their Colorado road trip with a 19-7 loss at 11th-ranked Regis University on Saturday in Denver, Colorado.

The Rangers (6-0) jumped out to a 10-2 lead in the second quarter. The Hawks were outscored 8-4 in the second half.

Helen Krause led the Hawks (4-3) with three unassisted goals and one assist. Christine Corbin scored two goals on four shots. Mackenzie Blair tallied five draw controls, two caused turnovers and two ground balls.

Nia Callion posted four caused turnovers and four ground balls. Madison Cook added four caused turnovers and three draw controls. Sydney Shindler collected six saves and four ground balls.

The Hawks return home to host Maryville on Saturday, March 26.
