Rockhurst found the net off a penalty kick in the 78th minute in posting a 1-0 victory over Truman State Friday night at Bourke Field.
 
The win, coupled with a McKendree tie against Maryville, moves the Hawks into first place in the GLVC standings, one point in front of McKendree.

The penalty kick was scored by Anna Lantz, who was named Division ll National Player of the Week. This was Lantz's seventh goal of the season.

Rockhurst had an aggressive offense outshooting Truman State, 21-4. Lantz posted six shots, with five being on goal. Gabby Hennessy posted four shots, while Greta Seal and Mallory Mumby both tallied two shots.

The Hawks (10-2-3, 9-1-1 GLVC) finish the regular season at home against Quincy (2-6-7, 2-4-5 GLVC) on Sunday (12:00 p.m.).
