Mullendore places first to lead Hawks to team title

Emma Mullendore finished first with a 149 score.

Emma Mullendore finished first individually to lead the Rockhurst women's golf team to first place at the Ottawa Fall Invitational Tuesday at the Eagle Bend Golf Course in Lawrence, Kansas.

Mullendore shot a 77 in the second round to finish with a 36-hole score of 149, which ties the 36-hole school record. The Hawks, who broke the school record on day one with a 303 team score, shot a 331 in the final round for a final team score of 634.

Caroline Setter posted the low score of the second round with a 74 and came in second place with a 152 score. Grace Claney finished fourth at 159 and Jayden Berrey tied for sixth at 161, followed by Greta Hinds (ninth, 165) and Emma Hughes (10th, 166).
