Hawks cruise to 19-1 win over Lewis

Nine different players scored goals to lead Rockhurst to a 19-1 victory over the Lewis Flyers Friday at RU's Bourke Field.

The Hawks jumped out to an 11-0 halftime lead and scored eight goals in the second half.

Marianna Anderson led the Hawks with three goals, two assists, four ground balls, three draw controls and two caused turnovers. Catey Roux scored four goals on five shots. Helen Krause tallied four points on two goals and two assists.

Olivia Collier collected five ground balls, five caused turnovers and two goals. Mackenzie Blair had two goals and three draw controls. Madison Cook added three caused turnovers and three ground balls.

The Hawks (4-3) host No. 1-ranked Indianapolis on Sunday.
