Hawks suffer 1-0 loss at Lindenwood

The Rockhurst women's soccer team suffered their first loss of the season, falling 1-0 to the Lindenwood Lions Friday night in St. Charles, Missouri.

Lindenwood's Maggie Weller scored the lone goal of the night in the 32nd minute off a corner kick. The Lions (4-0-1) outshot Rockhurst, 13-7.

Greta Seal led the 13th-ranked Hawks with four shots and two shots on goal. Alex Moss added two shots (one on goal). Freshman Alyssa Kerperien posted seven saves.

The Hawks (3-1-1) play Missouri-St. Louis on Sunday in St. Louis.
