The Rockhurst women's golf team finished in fourth place at the Southwest Minnesota State Spring Invitational Tuesday at the Wigwam Golf Course in Litchfield Park, Arizona.

Emma Hughes and Abby Sauber tied for 12th place with 157 scores. Hughes shot an 82 in the first round and 75 in the second round. Sauber shot 80 and 77. Dorothy Keenan placed 14th with a 158 (77-81).

Emma Mullendore tied for 17th with a 160 score (79-81). Caroline Setter tied for 33rd at 173 and Caroline Lynch tied for 35th at 175.

Hughes, Keenan, Gerschke and Ryan each shot career bests for 18 and 36 holes. Revell fired a career-low score for 36 holes.

Rockhurst shot a 321 in the first round and a 324 in the second round for an overall score of 645, 42 shots better than last year. It was the second best team score for 36 holes this season for the Hawks.
