Hawks finish third at Park Fall Invitational

Caroline Setter tied for seventh after shooting a team-low 81 in the second round.

Emma Mullendore finished in sixth place to lead the Rockhurst women's golf team to a third place finish at the Virginia McCoy Park Fall Invitational Tuesday at the Tiffany Greens Golf Club in Kansas City, Missouri.

Mullendore shot a 10-over par 82 in the second round to finish with a 168 score over 36 holes. Caroline Setter tied for seventh at 170 after shooting a team-low 81 in the second round. Emma Hughes tied for ninth at 171 after shooting an 83 on day two.

Ashley Fite (190) finished 24th, Carly Krause (193) tied for 26th and Caroline Lynch (194) came in 31st place.

Kansas Wesleyan won the team title with a 767 total. The Hawks finished five shots behind William Jewell with a 697 score.
