Hawks drop exhibition game at Oral Roberts

Rachel Holden led the Hawks with eight points.

Oral Roberts shot 53.7 percent from the field in defeating Rockhurst 95-31 in an exhibition game at the Mabee Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Maya Mayberry led the Golden Eagles with 18 points behind 7-of-12 shooting. ORU's defense held the Hawks to 36.7 percent overall shooting (11 of 30).

Rachel Holden was the Hawks' scoring leader with eight points on 4-of-4 shooting. Holden also posted three blocked shots. Tracy Monahan, Lauren Krissman and Mary Leigh Rock combined for nine rebounds.

The Hawks open the regular season on Friday, Nov. 9 at home against Adams State.
