Missouri-St. Louis dominated the inside play in posting a 78-68 victory over Rockhurst Thursday night in St. Louis.

UMSL outscored the Hawks 40-12 in the paint in collecting their 11th victory of the season. Four players scored in double figures for the Tritons, who led from start to finish.

Madeline Ronshausen led the Hawks with 16 points. Morgan Harwood and Briahtia Sebek each scored 13 points. Jillian Myers posted nine points, four rebounds and three assists. Tracy Monahan collected a team-high eight rebounds.

Rockhurst shot 38.5 percent from the field on 25 of 65 field goals. UMSL made 27 of 57 shots for a 47.4 percent field goal percentage. The Tritons outrebounded the Hawks, 43-33.

The Hawks (8-10, 4-6 GLVC) play at Missouri S&T on Saturday.
