The fifth-seeded Rockhurst Hawks host the 12th-seeded Wisconsin-Parkside Rangers in a first-round game in the 2017 Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament. The Hawks won their last meeting at Rockhurst, 68-51, earlier this season. Parkside leads the all-time series, 10-2. The Hawks are 1-2 all-time in the GLVC Tournament and defeated Parkside, 73-62, in the first round of the GLVC Tournament last year at Rockhurst.

LAST GAME: Rockhurst rallied in the final three minutes only to fall short at William Jewell, 70-68, in the final game of the regular season Thursday night in Liberty, Mo. Rockhurst went on an 11-3 run over the final 3:09 to cut Jewell's lead to two points.

Jillian Myers and missed a contested game-tying shot with four seconds left.
Mary Dineen led the Hawks with 18 points, five rebounds and three assists. The senior guard made seven-of-16 shots and two-of-five 3-pointers.
Madeline Ronshausen scored 14 points on six-of-nine shooting. Myers posted eight points, three assists and two steals.
Marisa Lowe and
Lauren Krissman each finished with eight points. Rockhurst shot 45.2 percent from the field.
ABOUT WISCONSIN-PARKSIDE: The Rangers are coming off a 77-55 loss at home to Lewis Thursday night. Sophomore guard Lauren Boerger led Parkside with 12 points, six rebounds and three assists. Senior guard Brittney Fair ranks 14th in scoring (13.5), 13th in assists (2.9), 12th in steals (1.7) and 13th in free throw percentage (75.7) in the GLVC. Junior center Shelby Cheston ranks first in blocked shots (2.4) and 18th in rebounding (5.1) in the GLVC. Sophomore guard Olivia Montague ranks 14th in 3-point field goals made (1.8) in the GLVC.
