Box Score Jake Martin scored five goals to power Rockhurst to a 17-13 victory over Colorado State-Pueblo in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference game Wednesday night in Pueblo, Colorado.

Rockhurst jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first period and led 11-5 at halftime. Pueblo rallied to pull within three goals, 15-12, with 7:54 left in the game.

Michael Beckham posted four goals and two assists. Alex Hebson scored three goals. Christian Schveninger added one goal and two assists. Ian Meister won 16-of-35 faceoffs and collected 10 ground balls. Mike Boehm tallied six ground balls. Alex Pfeil finished with for 17 saves.

Rockhurst outshot Pueblo 43-40. Martin led the Hawks with 10 shots. Beckham posted seven shots and Schveninger added six shots.

The Hawks (5-2, 3-1 RMAC) play Westminster on Friday, March 18 at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
