Rockhurst rallied in the second half to post a 72-67 conference-opening victory over Truman State Thursday night at Mason-Halpin. The Hawks outscored Truman State 17-10 in the fourth period.Â

Marisa Lowe combined for nine points as Rockhurst made six-of-12 field goals in the final 10 minutes. Dineen led the Hawks with 20 points, seven rebounds and three steals.Â
Jillian Myers posted 12 points and five steals.Â
Kaci German tallied 10 points, 10 rebounds and two blocked shots. Lowe finished with 10 points.
Quincy is coming off a 61-43 loss at William Jewell in their conference opener Thursday night. Junior forward Anika Webster led Quincy with 10 points and six rebounds. Senior guard Nikia Edom also scored 10 points. Odom leads the Lady Hawks in scoring (12.0). Webster is averaging 10.1 points and a team-high 4.7 rebounds per game.
